Dry flaky skin

Does anyone else have super dry flaky skin i exfoliate often and use a moisturiser but my skin still super dry can anyone recommend a non drying cleanser and moisturiser I feel my moisturiser is not good enough and can anyone also recommend a non drying sunscreen
