• No Refills: Once you finish the product, you're stuck with a useless vibrating stick. They don't sell refills, which is wasteful and expensive.

Heveblue Specifics: The eye cream texture itself is okay for oily/combo or younger skin – pretty lightweight and absorbs well. But the device ruins it.
