Anua is everywhere on social media, and while some of their products are good, this PDRN Hyaluronic Acid cream didn't make the cut for my dry, mature skin. It's pretty lightweight, almost like a gel, which might appeal to those with oily or combination skin, especially in humid climates. As I mentioned, it's very similar to Dr. Althea in texture and feel, but I found the Beauty of Joseon cream stayed on a little longer, providing more lasting moisture. My main gripe? The jar packaging. It's not the most hygienic, and I saw that they actually make a tube version on Amazon, which would be a huge improvement. If you're looking for a simple, effective cream with traditional Korean herbal ingredients, this is a good choice, especially if you can find it in a tube!

✔️ Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream (Hydration Level: 2.5)

Aestura is a brand I've loved for years, and their Atobarrier 365 Cream is a holy grail for many, including myself. It's a truly excellent cream. However, when it went up against the ILLIYOON Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream, the price difference was a major factor. While Aestura is amazing, it's not twice as good as ILLIYOON, especially when you consider ILLIYOON's versatility for the whole family. So, while it's a fantastic product, it lost on value.

✔️ VT PDRN Capsule Cream 100 (Hydration Level: 2.5)

This PDRN capsule cream from VT really surprised me. I was a bit skeptical of capsule creams, thinking they were just for TikTok aesthetics, but this one delivers. It has a unique texture with a gel and boua (oil) together, and when you apply it, it feels incredibly cooling and deeply moisturizing. It definitely lives up to the hype in terms of hydration and feel. For my dry, mature skin, it felt significantly more moisturizing than the Anua PDRN cream.
