Spot Treatment for Hormonal Acne - Seeking recommendations

Hey guys! Hope you are all doing well!

I’d like to know if any of you have any recommendations for spot treatments?!

I have a lot of Hormonal Acne on my chin specially during my period and I’ve been using Azelaic acid and it definitely helps with the redness but I’m looking for something more efficient for spots.

I would like a product that I can apply only on my spots rather than my entire face, as a oily and sensitive skin type of girl I can’t stand too many layers of products at the same time on my entire face 😅

Please only recommend something you’ve tried yourself for a while, if you are not sure yet just mentioned in your comments so I have a better idea of your experience with the product!
