Skin Log Issue: Saving Photos and Text

@hazelmoss You weren't doing anything wrong, and it wasn't your cache. It was two bugs on our side, both fixed as of today. The disappearing text: when a second save happened on the same day (the two-week product check-in on your Routine page is one), it rewrote the whole day and blanked whatever it didn't carry, including your note. That's what happened to your October 5 entry. We're sorry: that note is gone and we can't bring it back. The photos that wouldn't save: adding photos while editing a day you'd already logged was silently ignored. Photos only stuck on the first save of the day. Now a save only changes what you actually changed, photos save on edit, and if a save ever fails you'll see a message instead of nothing. If anything still looks off after today, tell us which day and we'll look at that exact entry. @Sora that sounds like the shelf audit rather than the skin log, so it may be something different. What happens when you try: does the photo fail to upload, or does it upload and then the audit doesn't save? And is it on your phone or a computer? That'll tell us where to look.
