Hahaha! I was literally just thinking about this exact thing this morning! Once you finally figure out your topical triggers and eliminate the bad stuff (stripping cleansers, harsh exfoliants, fragrant essential oils), you reach this steady, lovely baseline where your skin doesn't react anymore… and then the luteal phase drops in to remind you who is actually running the show. 🫠 My skin log is basically identical every single week until that final cycle stretch hits! The best lesson I’ve learned is to just surrender and back off: no attacking the skin with panic-exfoliation or sledgehammers, just pure barrier support, soothing hydrators, and letting the hormonal storm blow over. Sending you patience for the luteal days! 🩸☕
