Best hydrating mist that won't disturb makeup?

Hi CYoung! I'm wondering if you can recommend a hydrating mist that won't disturb makeup? I need to set my makeup with powder because I don't like the feeling of tacky foundation and getting my hair stuck to my face, but my skin starts to feel dehydrated by the end of the day when I powder. Either that, or a good hydrating makeup setting spray. Bonus points if unfragranced! Thank you!
