Aestura atobarrier 365 capsule toner

Is this a brand new launch? I just saw it pop up Amore Mall Global, but I’m not sure if it’s new new since AMG does not carry every items the company produce. I can’t find it on OYG, Sephora, Amazon, or Yesstyle.
