Grrrr. I’m so angry about us in the USA who can no longer order from Olive Young Global. I was checking out the website and half the products that I use are no longer offered! Yes the brands are there however there are only a select number of products and usually it’s only the viral ones! For example I use the Make Prem Cleansing Milk and guess what?? Not listed as a product! They offer the cleansing oil and foam and that’s it!! No Inteca cream etc! Numbuzin? Only number 1 line and 9 offered! There’s 2 products from number 5 line but where’s the rest???!!!Even Aestura and Celimax aren’t listed as a brand!! So extremely disappointed in them!! Just wanted to vent!!

Olive Young going to USA is a huge mistake in their part. The items offered on Olive Young can be bought on Amazon or other American stores so what’s the point for OY to be in USA? I can get the items faster with Amazon prime and easy return thru Amazon. The price for their selection is more expensive than OYG and is either similar as American boutiques or we can find better deals elsewhere. Who really wants to shop western brands from Olive Young? That’s what Sephora and Ulta are for. Hera foundation cushion isn’t offered. Aestura as a brand isn’t even offered there. I guess it’s becuase Aestura already in Sephora. It really confused me of their business decisions. I bet USA buyers are among one of the top purchasers of OYG, but they’re removing all the things we can buy from them. Time to buy from yesstyle, stylevana or Koreanstyle now.
Absolutely true!! There’s even a few places based in the US that sells Korean products directly from Korea. SokoGlam, Moida, Dodoskin to name a few. I feel OY made a mistake but their target customers are probably the same tiktokers with the viral products, not true American people who are using Korean products religiously because they are good! Who wants to shop different places for different brands?? I guess you’re right and now we will order direct from the other places and just wait a very long time for shipping (and at least get the true Korean sunscreens) unless CYoung wants a little side business and shops for us 🤣😂
I would totally support Cyoung opening a business in Korea to ship abroad. I think items in Korea are actually cheaper than what’s posted on OYG as well. So CYoung, if you want to open an online business that competes with OY, we’re here to support you lol.
OY made a massive mistake by doing what they did because we can't access much of anything anymore through the US website, so they will actually end up losing revenue because of it. They didn't stop to think we would shop elsewhere before going to OY US. AND, YES, agree CYOUNG should see if there is a way she can sell the products to us! I would open a Korean shop if I knew I could get the products to sell! :-)
I just found this out today and I’m right there with you!!! I did message them directly to complain. 🤷♀️. I’ve been researching where to buy some of the items I like and so far, no luck. Specifically the Labo-h products. Either I can’t find all of them or the prices are outrageous!!
