Fungal Acne Advice

Hi everyone
My husband has fungal acne and we have been told to only use skincare that doesn’t ‘feed’ the yeast on his skin.
Does anyone have any suggestions for hydrating products that are water based and won’t clog pores or feed the yeast?
He currently uses the serum and moisturiser gel pictured. They are good but not quite as hydrating as he would like.
