Issue with package delivery

Hello CYoung team!

I am reaching with sad news regarding my tester package containing N2U Barrier Glow Mist which unlike the previous one will never reach me. Unfortunately it was sent through the Romanian Postal Service (which is in bankruptcy) and they do not deliver packages. You get notified to pick them up at the postal service, but their hours are from 9-13 which is when people are at work and children in school. Unfortunately I cannot take an unscheduled day off work, my first day off will be just before Christmas.
There is a second issue with this as well. They calculated the border fee for products outside of EU which is 3 euro per product plus a quite important VAT tax (which should not be payed for products under 45 euro). I am wondering what the declared value for the product was. In the end I was willing to pay all the taxes, but unfortunately I cannot reach my package because of their hours.
The previous package was delivered through FEDEX and then by a local courier and he brought it home, with no taxes to pay. I would advise the companies shipping in Romania to use local couriers for internal delivery (FanCourier, Sameday, GLS) and by no means the Romanian Postal Service which does not deliver packages.
I am so sorry for this situation, I honestly do not know how to handle this differently.
