Shipping updates for testing program
Hey guys, I have been matched with a product at 07th of August and never heard it back, I don’t think it has been shipped.. I see some people already receiving some products but so far no new updates on mine, anyone experienced the same?
I also got matched with another product last week but same as the other no new updates of being posted. I just want to know the expectations of when to expect the products to be shipped so I know when the waiting time is off!

Hi Vivi, Thanks for flagging this, and totally understand the wait can feel unclear! Just to explain how it works: being matched with a product doesn't automatically mean it's shipped right away — brands need to prep things on their end first (packaging, customs paperwork, etc.), so shipping timing can vary quite a bit depending on the brand. Some ship out within days, others take a couple weeks. That said, since it's been a couple weeks since your August 7th match with no update, let us check in on that specific one and get back to you. I totally understand it takes time to being shipped, just wanted to make sure I know around how many weeks is the limit until I can flag something might be wrong 😅 the product from the 07th of August is the KIERA - Vitalizing Hydrogel Collagen Mask! The second product is from Last week so I think it’s too soon to say anything about it, but just because you asked is the N2U - Nosebum Sunpowder. Thanks again for the help and clarification 💜
