Spring skincare

Now that spring is in full swing (at least here in Finland) I'd like to hear about everyone's spring skincare. Do you have a separate routine for spring or do you simply swap products as temperatures and the weather changes. I'm also curious to hear what this time of year is like where you live; are the temperatures rising, or air getting drier or more humid etc. How does your skin react to it?
