Two things that raise your chances of being picked:
Write your reviews well. Testers who send in a proper, honest review get better odds on everything that comes after it. That review is the whole reason a brand takes part.
Use the community. People who are active here get better odds too. Ask questions, share what's working, share anything!!

That is so sad, I was matched with a product but I received an email stating that "The courier couldn’t verify the postcode on your shipping address". I checked my address and it's correct, I hope it won't affect future matching rounds! I tried now adding a space in between the numbers of the postcode... Hope this will fix! 😢
Hi Maria, I'm so sorry to hear that. The brand asked me to verify all shipping addresses before confirming the matches, and unfortunately your postcode couldn't be verified at the time. Yes of course I understand! I really hope that the space will make the difference, it is posso le that automated systems would flag the postcode as incorrect if it doesn't match the database.... Spaces included! 😅 Still excited for the text round and curious to see the reviews of the first products!! 💕

Cyoung, do you think you can add layer lab in here? I’ve heard really good things about this product and the company is new. Perhaps they’re interested in selling on your website as well. I know they’re on Amazon, but the price is rather expensive compare to the prices on MUSINSA Korea. Also theyeobaek26 cleanses. I hear such amazing things about it but we can’t get access to them in the states or at least I don’t know how. Muhav as well.
Hey! Thanks so much for the suggestions — this is really helpful, and honestly this is exactly the kind of gap we're trying to solve (great Korean brands being hard to access or overpriced abroad). Quick heads up on how we work though — we don't reach out to brands ourselves. It's actually the other way around: brands apply to us first, then go through our verification process (in-house testing, then real overseas tester reviews) before anything shows up on the site. So we can't guarantee Layer Lab, 여백26, or Muhav will end up here, but if you know anyone connected to those brands, definitely let them know about us — genuinely open to any brand that wants to apply! Really appreciate you flagging these — keep the suggestions coming 🙏

I love being a part of this mutually beneficial experience. Yesterday after shaving, I woke up with horrible lobster skin. I was matched with Wollyo's azulene products and right now I'm enjoying the the sweet relief of the hydrogel mask. I'm keeping careful notes and I think the company will be pleased. ;)
