Kaizen 改善

Kaizen is a Japanese concept that's all about getting just 1% better every day. Instead of burning yourself out trying to fix everything overnight, you just make tiny, easy tweaks that add up to massive results over time.

In Japanese, Kaizen is written as 改善.
It is made up of two characters:
改 (kai): Change, modify, or renew.
善 (zen): Good, goodness, or virtue.
Literally translated, it means "change for the better" or "continuous improvement."

🌸 The Kaizen Skincare Method 🌸
Continuous, small steps to a flawless skin barrier.
1. Sort 🧼Toss expired products or items that irritate your skin. Less is more.
2. Set in Order 🧴Arrange your products by application order (thinnest to thickest). Arrange products to the left for AM, right for PM.
3. Shine ✨Keep it hygienic. Clean your makeup brushes weekly and wipe down your product caps.
4. Standardize 🎯Master the "Core 3" baseline before adding fancy extras:

Cleanse ➡️ Moisturize ➡️ SPF.50 Sustain 🔄

Introduce only one new active ingredient or serum every 2–4 weeks. Patch test first!

The Golden Rule: Don't overhaul your routine overnight. Make 1% micro-adjustments to protect your skin barrier.
