Product Testing Schedule

I noticed that we now have a shorter amount of time to test our products and write reviews for them.

It used to be that the deadline for my review was September 11th and now it is saying August 28th.

I was curious at the reason for this change?

This is true @Elizabeth , I just checked mine and the dates have changed: 2 weeks now instead of 30 days. In my opinion we should at least get 3 weeks if 30 days is too long for a review, some products take more time than others to show results.

@Elizabeth @Paul — yes, we changed it, and we changed it the wrong way. We shortened the review window. That part had a reason: the clock used to start the day a brand posted your parcel, so it had to be long enough to absorb up to four weeks of international post. It now starts the day you tell us it arrived, so those 30 days had a lot of slack in them. What we got wrong was applying it to people who were already testing. You had been given a date, you had planned around it, and we moved it overnight without a word. That's on us, and I'm sorry. Two things changed today. Your original deadlines are back. Every parcel that arrived before yesterday keeps the full 30 days it was given. Elizabeth — September 11 for the Bluewater cream, September 20 for the lip balm. Paul — September 19 for both Doctor Aidee products. Nothing to do; your status page is already showing the right dates again. And Paul, you're right: three weeks is the new rule. Parcels arriving from now on get 21 days from the day you confirm they arrived, and we won't chase anyone for a review in the first 10 days. You put it better than we did — some products take longer than others to show results, and a verdict written in week one is a verdict on texture and scent, which is the part the brand already knows. Please keep telling us when something feels off. This got fixed because you said something.
