My Shelf Audit results ๐
I ran my shelf through CYoung's Shelf Audit (skin type: sensitive) โ here's the verdict:
"You've built a fantastic foundation for sensitive skin and barrier repair with your gentle Soonjung products and Cicaplast. Now, let's refine your cleansing routine and introduce some targeted treatments to tackle breakouts and dark spots, always keeping your sensitivity in mind."

Posted above is my Weekend Barrier Repair / Etude panthenol cream experiment. ๐ Letting go (1): โข ETUDE โ Soonjung pH 5.5 Mild Acid pH Cleansing Water โ I use this to remove any makeup, not as a double cleanse. I haven't been wearing makeup so not all that needed. I've always used micellar water in the past for a gentle morning cleanser, but I found that I prefer the Whip cleanser to the micellar for that. Surprise! ๐งฉ Missing from my routine: โข Cleanser โ The AI note mentioned a cleanser for removing makeup, not that I'm missing a cleanser completely. I'm avoiding makeup for now, but have the Etude cleansing water just in case. โข Serum / Ampoule โ I plan to add AESTURA A-Cica serum on Tuesday to complete another full week of the ETUDE line with HaruHaru Wonder SPF as the only new product. โข Moisturizer โ According to AI, Cicaplast Baum is great for the evening but not great for an AM moisturizer because it can increase the feeling of heat -- no kidding! I just wrote how hot my face feels in my daily skin log. I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to use the Etude moisturizer so I can continue my acne experiment. Maybe I will bring the CYoung Hana Cream because my skin is also already used to it and I know it doesn't cause breakouts. I'm open to suggestions!
