The cooling effect of this toner is what is most impressive about it. It really feels innovative; it cooled down my skin in a very pleasant way that did not irritate my skin or make it red, which was extremely impressive since I use a retinoid at night and that makes my skin extra sensitive. My skin also does not usually react well to denatured alcohol in skincare products, but it was fine with the alcohol in this formula. This toner was incredibly helpful during a heatwave we had in the United Kingdom, and cooling down my face helped cool down the rest of my body. However, I don't think I would purchase it myself because I did not see any extra benefits or effects from it aside from the cooling, and I am not someone who struggles with puffiness in a way that requires an extra product just to target it. The toner did not damage or irritate my skin, but it did not provide any hydration that other products in my routine couldn't do better. It is primarily a very good cooling product, but if you seek hydration or any other benefits from it, this toner will not provide them. The consistency of the toner is also very watery, and that can cause one to use too much at once since it spills from your hand. It's not a very user-friendly consistency, but I know there are people who like a very watery toner and if that is you, this toner will be for you. It will be useful to have in summer, when I need a refreshing feeling on my face, but it will not become part of my skincare routine.

I really like the lightweight, watery texture of this toner. It spreads easily over the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky or heavy feeling. It feels very refreshing and pleasantly cooling, while also giving my skin a nice boost of hydration. After applying it, my skin feels softer, fresher and more comfortable, without feeling weighed down. The scent is quite subtle and pleasant, with a slightly woody character. I expected it to have a vinegar-like smell because of the name, but surprisingly, there is nothing vinegary about it. The packaging is simple and minimalist, but feels well-made and sturdy, which I appreciate. The only downside is that on days when my skin was more sensitive, the toner caused some redness and tingling that lasted for around 10–15 minutes. So while I enjoy it when my skin is feeling balanced, I would be a little more cautious with it during periods of increased sensitivity.

My skin is dehydrated combination skin. Honestly, I want only this toner for my summer days because it was so hydrating and cooling that I used with toner pads (I had seperated ones from Heveblue). Even at evening I loved using this. I did couple of evenings a test. I only put on pads and after 7-10 minutes loved the cooling feeling. I didn't put anything on my face and slept only with toner. Next morning I was shocked I didn't have any oil or skin being tight from lack of water. I am using every single morning now and I am not a fan of toner pads and I would want this come out toner pad version. It has a minty scent and I love it. I want more bottles please.

Overall it’s an excellent toner, and I would definitely buy. It has a watery yet slightly viscous texture that moisturizes the skin effectively without feeling heavy. True to the brand's promises, it provides a slight cooling sensation upon application; however, when I measured the skin temperature, it showed that only decreased by 1°C. Since I don’t experience morning puffiness, I cannot evaluate this specific benefit.

I’ve been using the YUTHMENU Italian 25Y Balsamic De‑Puffing Toner for a few days now, and overall it’s been a nice addition to my morning routine. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and definitely gives that instant cooling effect they claim — you can actually feel the skin temperature drop, which helps with morning puffiness. The scent is the only part I’m still adjusting to. It’s a unique styled smell. I’m okay with it, but not fully comfortable yet. Meanwhile, my husband actually loves the scent and started using it himself because of how refreshing the cooling effect feels. So it’s clearly one of those scents that depends on the person. Performance-wise, it’s solid: Morning de‑puffing that shows quickly Instant cooling that feels energizing Oil‑free hydration without stickiness If you want a toner that wakes up your skin and gives a cooling boost, this one works really well — just know the scent might take a little getting used to.

This product feels lovely on the skin, it's very hydrating and doesn't have an overpowering scent. Which means I'm not worried I'm going to break out because of a fragrance. I looked at the ingredients to make sure nothing was known to cause irritation for me personally, and it looked great. The formula, in my unprofessional opinion, is fantastic. I really wanted it to work for me, but it just doesn't. Whether that's because my skin can't handle such a rich formula (I'm a little bit oily, especially since it's summer.) or because it's never had anything related to Lactobacillus, I'm not sure. I grew up with VERY severely dry skin. I can see this product being a holy grail if I'd had it ten or fifteen years ago. But now that I'm over thirty my skin is more oily, so certain kinds of hydration just cause breakouts. It's hard to see in photos, but there's a few spots I snagged in my sleep that felt awful. That said, I would definitely buy this for a friend. Especially since I've used it myself and I know how it feels. That it doesn't burn, it's really hydrating, cooling but not ice cold and uncomfortable, and I think it could make a really good spot in their routine. At night after a shower, or in the morning to depuff.

It did feel hydrating and does a good job for my skin. I've used it every morning since it arrived. I didn't feel more cooling effects than with other toners I've tried. Nonetheless I'll definitely use it until it's finished because of the good hydration and it works under my makeup as well. Thank you!

This toner has a lovely woody scent and leaves a refreshing, cooling feeling. When my skin is a bit more sensitive, I notice a mild tingling sensation, it feels quite similar to the plumping effect you get from lip gloss. Additionally, it helps to visibly reduce under-eye puffiness after application, and leaves the skin feeling hydrated. It hasn't caused any new breakouts, and my pores don't feel clogged at all. I just wish it came in a smaller bottle, as the large volume makes it a bit tricky to dispense.
