AI skincare shelf check

Shelf Audit

Most shelves are three products too many and one product short. Shelf Audit reads the products in a photo of your vanity and gives you CYoung-style honest judgment on the lot — free, two audits a day, no account needed.

  1. 01

    Photograph your shelf

One to six photos of what you own — close-ups work best. Labels need to be readable; that is what the AI reads.

  2. 02

    AI reads the labels

Every product in the photos is recognised — brand, name and what kind of product it is — and you confirm the list before anything is judged.

  3. 03

    The verdict

Judged against your skin type, concerns and age range — the 20-second profile you fill in between the photos and the report.

What the verdict covers

  • Keep — the products that earn their place for your skin, and why.
  • Toss — what to stop using, with the reason spelled out.
  • Doubled up — two or more products doing the same job, and what to do about the overlap.
  • Missing — the routine step your shelf has no answer for (sunscreen, more often than you would think).

The report opens with a one-paragraph summary, and if you sign in it is saved to your account and the confirmed products are added to your routine — so you can share the verdict to CYoung Talk, or come back to it from any device.

Your photos: they are uploaded to CYoung's own storage, sent to the AI model only to recognise the products in them, and used for nothing else — unless you tick the optional box that lets CYoung feature your anonymous audit in a YouTube video. Sharing a report to the community publishes the written verdict, not the photos.
