YesStyle: US Tariff Woes -- Something Else?

I noticed that the entire fashion section on YesStyle is gone, along with some of the tools and devices. I've been scouring the internet here and there looking for what has changed. While writing up a review for a delightful cotton gauze robe I fortunately ordered in time, I saw the message in the screenshot below. All the information I can find is from last spring.

Thankfully my YS package, which had no textiles but definitely sunscreen, has been released from Customs Jail and should arrive in a day or so. Silly because YS shipped two orders at the same time and only one of them got pulled.
