I haven't tried them so my vote is just based on their formula: Voted Numbuzin No.9. The eye area has the thinnest skin on the face, and Numbuzin provides the rich lipid support (shea, ceramides, NAD+) that fragile under-eye tissue actually needs to soften crepey, dynamic fine lines without irritation. Celimax is an impressive formula, but pairing 0.1% retinal with spicules (hydrolyzed sponge micro-needles) is far too aggressive for the delicate orbital rim. Celimax belongs on resilient expression lines—like smile folds or forehead wrinkles—not around the eyes!
:o good observation, I tried the VT eye cream and my under eyes got irritated at first use, probably because of the spicules! I normally use my retinal on my face as well so I would say celimax would be good for it but I would need a different eye cream that is gentle. Will try the Seoul1988 you recommended!
