Hi everyone 💛
This community has grown so much, and a lot of what’s on the site today started as one of your comments: the Unread filter, Translate to English, Skin Log export, scalp metrics, muting a thread, the private Message the team form… you asked, and we built it.
But we’re a very small team, and we know some requests have slipped through the cracks. So we’d love to hear from you:
Something you asked for that we missed. A request, a bug report or a question that never got an answer. Please tell us again, we really want to know.
A feature you wish we had. Big or small, in the community, Skin Log, Face-offs, Shelf Audit, the tester program or anywhere else.
Something that’s annoying or confusing. A button that doesn’t work, a page that’s slow, something that doesn’t make sense on your phone. Screenshots help a lot!
A few things we fixed just this week, thanks to your messages:
Analyze my result on product trials works again for longer trials.
The tester page now explains how selection works, so there are no more surprises about when parcels come.

Thank you, @CY_Team for making this place better and more functional for us. I really appreciate you all! If possible, two things would make longer posts easier to write and to read: - access to a basic text editing menu with tools like bold, underline, italics, and bullet points. - ability to embed photos into a post rather than as an attachment. Thank you for considering!
Oh! I thought of another one: When manually entering a new product to the Skin Log, add a prompt to the form for entering the INCI list then.
