Interesting choice! Haven't heard many people rave (over here in the US) over Japanese skincare. I can't wait to see your results!
A few years ago, Olive Young carried a lot more Japanese beauty brands because Japan has long been a pioneer in skincare. Shu Uemura, Japanese makeup artist, even introduced the world’s first commercial cleansing oil. I’ll bring back lots of viral products and do a proper J-Beauty vs. K-Beauty comparison! 🤭💙
Just letting you know how good Amore Pacific is. My shipment "got lost in customs or FedEx lost it" so I contacted FedEx to let them know I received something that I didn't order (wasn't my skincare order and didn't even have a shipping label on it - it was Reiti sunglasses). FedEx pretty much blamed Amore Pacific saying that was what they sent. I told them that was not the case and the boxes from Amore Pacific always come in an Amore Pacific box! FedEx said to contact Amore Pacific and have them contact FedEx. As of the next day, Amore Pacific is sending me a completely new order via DHL 3 day service! That is fantastic customer service! Will always highly recommend them!
FedEx can be so frustrating sometimes. 😅 I’m just so glad Amore Pacific took care of everything so quickly. International shipping can definitely be stressful because things like this do happen. I’m so glad Amore pacific is on your side. I hate FedEx so much! One of my package was stuck in customs for almost 4 weeks because FedEx agent just sat on it and didn’t submit the information so I have to call them every other day to get updates.
