You asked, so we changed it: devices, photos, and what people really thought
Hi everyone π
Every one of these started as a member writing in. Here's what came of it.
π΄ Devices belong in your routine now. Someone wrote that her skin is noticeably different when she's consistent with her red light pad, and that a routine holding only bottles can't tell you what actually made the difference. She was right. LED masks, red light pads, microcurrent wands, cleansing brushes β add them like any other product and pick "Device / Tool" as the step. They get the same "Used today" button as everything else.
βοΈ You can edit a product now. Someone asked to tidy her shelf and add pictures herself, so it reads better when people browse routines. Tap the pencil on anything in My Routine to change its photo or its step. Upload your own picture, replace one that came out wrong, or remove it. Your routine sorts by step, so moving something into the right step is what puts it in the right place β no more deleting and re-adding when a serum lands under toner.
π See what people thought of what they used. The same member asked to see what the community enjoys, "or doesn't enjoy!". Open Browse routines from My Routine and there's a new section, "Finished, and what they thought", split into loved it, it was fine, and not for me. It comes from the verdict you give when you mark a product finished in your own routine, so the ones that didn't work out are in there too. Almost every product has just one person behind it so far, so read them as opinions rather than rankings. A number shows up once more than one of you agrees.
π¬ Skin days have comments. Sharing a skin day used to end at a heart. Now people can reply β and you can switch comments off for any single day when you'd rather not. You can also choose to share that day's photos, though they stay private unless you tick it.
π The badge wall got bigger. Thirteen badges, three tiers each, with the thresholds brought down to where real people actually are. Your profile shows every badge, including the ones you haven't earned yet and how far away the next one is.
If something here is awkward, or missing, tell us. That's how all of the above happened π
