You can now reply to replies

A member wrote this morning (my timezone): "a reply often has a question in it, but I can't answer it." They were right — under a reply, there was no Reply button, for anyone. Fixed.

Now every reply has a Reply button. Your answer stays in the same thread and starts with @their name, so the person you're answering gets a notification. We kept threads at two levels on purpose: deeper indents turn into a sliver on phones, and the @name shows who you're talking to.

If a question was left hanging in one of your threads this month, this is your cue to go back and answer it.

This one came from a single comment. If something else feels clunky, missing, or just wrong, say so here or in Skin Q&A — any suggestion is welcome, and we read every one. Most of what changed this month started exactly like this.
